New equipment, new solutions, new ways of doing things are coming out constantly and it's nearly impossible for anyone to keep up with all of it. After years in the industry, we kept seeing the same thing: people overwhelmed, sold features they'd never use, or pushed into products that didn't solve their actual problem. And just as often, someone had no idea what technology could actually do for them, things they didn't even know existed yet.
We realized the real value wasn't in selling gear. It was in giving people clarity and actually making things work.
