Every time a tech needed to visit a site, they'd manually enter the address into their phone for directions. Our Solution: We built a simple mobile app where technicians enter the unique customer site ID and press one button. The app automatically opens their default maps app with directions to that location. We also created a management portal so their team can add or remove locations as things change, keeping everything current without requiring updates from us.

Complete Network & Security Installation

The Challenge: A new business owner was getting ready to open their storefront and needed to set up the technology infrastructure. Network cabling, security cameras, phone systems, point-of-sale equipment. When they started looking into what was required, the options and vendors were overwhelming. Then we installed all the network cabling, mounted and configured the cameras, set up the delivery bell system, installed their wireless access points, and helped them set up mobile apps for remote camera viewing. We tested every connection and system to make sure everything worked together seamlessly.
